It actually is 1/2 of a mini doughnut then frosted with light covering of red buttercream and sugar :)
(tootsie roll stem and chewy green jolly rancher leaf)
They were definitely fun to make !!

Very cute decoration! Is it red buttercream covered with colored sugar?? I love the idea so much.
