Alligator cupcakes
the alligators are made of molded chocolate. I got a plastic toy alligator and cast a silicone mold and then made the chocolate pieces from the mold. The logs are fondant, the cattails are spaghetti noodles/fondant and the rocks are candy rocks purchased from The Sweet Factory.
