A WINTER SCENE 2012 SIDE VIEW
This year's Christmas cake. Les Brown's wonderful rich fruit cake, covered in marzipan and white fondant. Decorated with hand made sugar poinsettias, Christmas rose, pine cone spray, robins,holly, ribbons and plaque. The sides have a layer of fondant to represent hills with Christmas trees and stars. Stars and hills dusted with rainbow lustre dust for a little twinkle.
