Love Knot-Wedding Cake
12 X 18 sheet cake with 8" single layer on top.
Butter cream roses brushed with pearl dust, Fondant "love knot."
Customer wanted something besides an ornament on top so this is what I came up with.

Lovely idea Betty. Looks a little like a ring I have. As my surname is now Nott, my husband bought me a 'True Lover's Knot' ring many years ago.
