The lilies are actually made from gumpaste and the shells are modeling chocolate, the sand dollars and starfish are gumpaste.  For the shells I added some petal dust into the modeling chocolate to give the color going through them.  The starfish and sand dollar are dusted with various colors of petal dust.

Lillies are fondant and are the sea shells from royal icing, Diana.
