Seaside wedding

Flowers are made from gumpaste, using a technique I learned from Jennifer Dontz. All the shells, starfish and sand dollars are made from modeling chocolate. Bride wanted dramatic, so each tier is almost six inches tall. Cakes consist of four layers of cake and three layers of filling.
