I just looked at your cake again up above, and the colors are just breathtaking on this seaside cake. Everything is just perfectly placed too.

I have written to her on some other subject but never got an answer from her, and I figured she must be pretty busy. I did notice that she has listed a class in the events section on this site that is in Va. so I'll keep my eyes open and also talk to some of my cake club members to see if there is any chance of sponsoring her to come to the Omaha, Neb. area. I'm pretty sure a couple of the girls have already taken her class.

Yes, she does travel.  She came up here to the Seattle area last year, so that was when I was able to take it.  I'm hoping to host her so she will come back and give another class here in the next year or so.   I think she is on this site as a member, so you can probably e-mail her to find out her schedule.  She's a great teacher as well as a wonderful lady.

Diana, I think I have searched every cake available on this site (not to mention the Internet through google) that has Lambeth, and I'm sure that one of your cakes is already in my favorites!! lol! It really is my goal to take her class. Does she travel around or do you have to go to California to take it? I know if I take one this year, it will have to be after September. I have so many commitments already that there is no way I can go until after that. I seriously am trying to free up my time so that I can attend one of her classes. She must be a good teacher, because everyone who has taken her class has outstanding cakes to show for it!

Thank you for all your nice compliments:)  If you look in my posts I have the project I did with Kathleen Lange.  If you ever can, take one of her classes.  She is WONDERFUL!
