Blackhawk Down on Cake
This was a 400 serving cake with a rice krispy/ fondant Blackhawk helicopter sculpture on top. Custom made for Fort Campbell 75th anniversary formal dinner- Summer 2012. Helicopter was 42" from nose to tail.
