I never took a Wilton bc class....just a simple fondant class. Didn't take the proper Wilton method at all. Cute cake....don't forget, you were a beginner, and not bad at all....

Goreti, Something tells me, that somewhere along the road, YOU GOT BETTER!!  So now you can look back & laugh, along with the rest of us, at our Wilton experiments!  I took mine out of order, did class #1 last, I think...

Yes how well I remember this one.  The funny thing about the classes is that I only wanted to take the gumpaste flower one but was told I had to do them all.   First time I did the gumpaste flowers, my first thought was I cannot do this.  Wasn't happy at all with my attempt.
