Thank you, yes there is cake under the castle, and it is made of gumpaste.

Ooooo - LOVE this! It's really a cool take on the castle theme! Is there a cake hiding inside the castle as well? If not - how did you get the walls to stay up? And are the walls gumpaste or fondant? (Gee, I'm just full of quesions, aren't I?)
