Grand fudge and fresh raspberry wedding cake
This is a grand fudge cake filled with semi sweet chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries. Each tier is over 6" tall before it was fondanted and covered with fresh orchids.

Sorry, I didn't get a piece either so I made the exact cake interior for my mom the following week. Those orchids are phaleonopsis orchids which are almost 6" across which gives you a scale to go by and the ribbon is one inch width! Thanks for the comment!

It's beautiful. I never would have thought those tiers were so tall. In fact, when the pic 1st opened I thought it was a mini cake.
And......WOW, 'grand fudge....semi sweet choco ganache, *fresh raspberries*' and *I* wasn't give a piece? How could you?? :( hehehe
