Have to , most of next year is booked , i'm supposed to be only doing 1 cake per week !!! (see my wife about this !! ) but managed 86 last year  and then work full time and decorate the house and a wee bit of landscaping in the garden .

You either love it or hate it !!!

That is so true , you find your trying a different tecnique to get the best effect ! Sometimes it works , others not so well , but i agree you learn each time you do a cake !!

thank you , all are my very first . i am learning on my own , trying , lol ea cake i learn somthing new for the nx .
