I have the silicone one too. I made the top sponge strawberry flavoured and coloured it pink - looked lovely when it was cut. I think I might use white chocolate fingers for the case next time - I just gave mine and thin coating of buttercream. I've been spending so long on the detail for clients cakes my 3 year old was neglected slightly with a rushed cake. She loved it though x

I have the 2 piece silicone mould, they do take a bit longer to cook, I write size & times down & then confuse myself the next time round. lol

They do look nice when finished

Lovely giant cupcake. I did my first one for my daughters birthday a couple of weeks ago. I was so pleased at how easy the mould was to use. Tx
