Thank you too Gail, you made my day.  I have only been doing this for just touching a year now, like yourself  teaching myself muddling along & when I look back at some of my first cakes I can really see some improvement so who knows what the next 10 years could bring. x

Hi Mandy, Thank you for all your very kind comments. I have a couple of cakes I really like - I like this one ( it was the first time I ever used an airbrush) I also like the tattoo cake, and the Night Garden cake. I am trying to teach myself, have had no lessons and just stumble along ! The tools for cake decorating are very limited here, in South Africa, so I am sooo jealous when I see what is available in the rest of the world. I have looked at your cakes - they are absolutely beautiful, so a compliment from you means a lot to me XXX
