I use a 35 mm LUMIX ! for all mine ! its takes nice picture if I could see and hold it still lol , no I don't have a tri pod for it ! wish I did ,

I also use my Samsung tablet to take pictures.....  I love it. So easy...   :o)

It might help a bit Gail, but I know from my son-in-lw, who is a professional photographer,  you need a good camera. Plus the RIGHT lighting.  My bro-in-lw has an expensive digital 35 milimetre camera, and it captures true colours. When my children were small I had a manual 35 mm camera.  Took amazing pictures. But it broke,  and was going to cost more to fix than to buy new. It went the way of the DoDo bird.  :o)

I WONDER IF A DIFFERENT COLOR BACKROUND WILL HELP , AND MAYBE IT WONT LOOK GREY ! ?

Yes, unles you have a special type of camera & lens, purple just won't be picked up.
