Hi, thank you... I frosted this cake with whipped frosting from pastry pride, and the border is buttercream that I made which includes 2lbs powder sugar, 1 1/4 cup of crisco shortening, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/3 cup water. and the little flowers are made of fondant :)
