Hi kristine, I live in East New York, between Liberty and Glenmore, right on Pennsylvania Ave.  The sugar classes were great, just not enough time.  I wish I could take the hold baking program they have, but I am still working and the program is full time.  Where do you live in NY.

Good morning Kristine.  Ron Ben-Israel does not teach anymore, he sometimes comes around to say hi to the students.  I agree he's great.  If you can take the whole baking program, that whould be great.  I met some of the students in the program and they said it was great, saw some of the cakes that were made and they were awesome.  Hope you can take the program I am sure you will not regret it.  Take care God Bless.
