    Hi Maria, Nice meeting you. Which part of Brooklyn are you at? I started with my first cake for my godson and am so hooked myself. I wanted to take classes at FCI but the days and time don't work out for me. How is the sugar flower class? There's so much to learn.

    Hi Maria, I live in the Dyker Heights/Bensonhurst Area. I'm looking into taking the FCI's Pastry Course, the whole thing. Who was the instruction/teacher for the sugar flower class, was it Ron Ben-Isreal? I love all his work.
