Your cakes are so good. How long have you been making cakes?

Thats neat. In my dream world I would have someone baking my cakes so I could just decorate them. lol...I have been going for about a yr now but im just now about to touch fondant. I have used them but it was the wilton so i always told the people to pull it off. hahaha...I made my first homemade mm fondant today and it taste preatty good. Now to play with it and see what I can do. I mainly pipe all my details. I love that! We will see about this fondant thing. lol I do love the way it looks.

So what recipe do you use for the ganash?
