    I sure know how that feels! Made cookies from scratch that for the first time have come out right. Am SO happy they turned out yummy. I have a history of burning cookies, lol. As for non-sculpted cakes, I feel deflated a lot! Corners are my nightmare, heh heh! I see so many beautiful tiered cakes and then I try to make one and well, it doesn't turn out how I'd envisioned. Going to keep practicing though!
