    Just a reminder that i will be demonstrating my puffed embroidery technique at the ICES convention on Sunday around noon.  I'll have a display board with my work so everyone can get an idea of what this technique is all about when used on cookies.

    Hi Diane- thanks for the info.  I would love to go to a class or two.  I hope I don't have to enter the competition.  I want to check with my work schedule and see what I can do to get it off.  The classes are all on Friday?  That's my heaviest day at work for Saturday cake orders but I'm very interested since this is so local.  I taught a class last winter at Adams Fairacre Farms on cake decorating basics.  It was my first class and I'd love to take some of these classes.  Please keep in touch!  Thanks Jennifer
