Hi Stacy, I am not sure if you have been to these places yet : one is Party Themes (0315570202. Addr :  25 Peters Rd Springfield Park, Durban)  - they have a nice selection of cake decorating stuff, wilton products, luster powders, sugarpaste's etc...
the other is Chohan's Spice World (031-5778391. Addr  57 Joyce Road, Sea Cow Lake Durban),- this store has really cheap ingredients such as icing sugar, cocoa, essence etc.
Both stores are within 5 minutes drive of each other.

Have you also tried JEM Cutters in Pinetown (+27 31 701 1431) - I have not been there but I know that they stock lots of cake decorating accessories and definitely flowerpaste.

Thanks for the shopping tips, Myra. I'll  mark those down for my next cake-related shopping trip.  I live quite close to JEM cutters - it's just too dangerous for my credit card to go there :D.

Hi i covered a dummy cake,i splashed water onto the cake,does anyone know hw to get rid of the water stains....i now have tiny holes on my cake...plz help
