New to the group

I'm new to cake and cookie decorating & love it. I spend time watching the tutorials on you tube. Iove making gumpaste flowers.  I watch the you tube tutorials and read instructions over and over. Then I just practice until I get it right.  I'm not so good with a pastry bag yet, but I'm working on it.

The picture is of a one of the cakes I bake to sell at a craft show. I didn't make any sales and ended up giving them all a way.

The Hello Kitty Wedding Cake was my first wedding cake< It was for the friend of my cousin.  It took 2 days to make.  The cup and saucer are rice treats and covered in fondant.  The other 2 cakes were made for the craft show. It was my first attempt at selling my cakes. I don't do craft shows anymore. But every now and then sone will ask for a special cake for an event.  I love the who planning, baking and decorating process.  I wish I had learned years ago.
