we always take pics of the events and post on the website what happened. maybe you can join us in September when we will have Chocolate Day! Barb Evans will be doing three classes that weekend. Mini Gumpaste Flowers, Pillow Cakes, and Oriental Stringwork. Is anyone going to the ICES Convention in San Diego in August?

Buddy Valastro.....Aka Cake Boss will be in Lowell in NOvember. Tickets go on sale this Monday! Lowell auditorium. He is doing all of his techniques and it's a big demo show. Thought I would let you all know!

Donna there is a place called Eatons in Hooksett NH. I went there a couple of weeks ago and thought I was in heaven..All my hubby could say was where is the husband seats its going to be awhile....LOL

If you really want a treat, go to the ICES convention vendors room some year. There are loads of flowers and supplies from all over the world. Cal Java sells boxes of flowers for $2-$5 a set. I do not know how they do it and people walk out of there with case after case of them. Also Petal Crafts sells them off cheap there too and has a really nice selection.

Oh, PS, we are having our MassICES DOS this weekend, not the Convention. Not to say that it is any less fun, only smaller. The ICES convention is in San Diego this August . More info can be found at www.ices10.org. If you think that is too far away, ICES 11 is in Charlotte, NC home of NASCAR and certainly drivable distance. Look for more info on the ICES11.org page in mid August or become a fan on the ICES11 facebook page now. So save your pennies and don't miss out.
