I dropped my application in the mail today! I can't wait!! I don't know if I'm more excited to meet all of you or just being there!!!

Here are the presenters for the Day of Sharing in case anyone was interested.
It's a great line up! Lisa Mentz will teach photo frost, Eric Woller
is doing skeletal and cake construction, Filomena Koolman will be making
gumpaste flowers, and Sid will be teaching a sugar coral reef centerpiece and
make your own molds, along with the cake competition. For every piece you bring
for the gallery you get one raffle ticket and also if you bring 100 copies of a
recipe you get a ticket and a goodie bag. Eric Woller has appeared on TLC's
Ultimate Cake off 3 times and is an expert in all things structural. Filomena
Koolman owns Exotic Delights in Miami and makes very delicate gumpaste flowers.
Lisa Mentz is co-hosting the Ocala Cake Competition in March. Sidney just finished training in NYC for advanced sugar.

Awesome!!! I can't wait to go and am looking forward to meeting all of you ladies! Remember to bring your cameras as I'm sure that there will be lots to see!!

Me too! I'll be with the Brevard group...along with Michelle & Sidney Galpern ;~).... and a few of the members of our new Brevard Cake Artist club group. Looking forward to the experience...Hope to meet you all there.
