Hi all! I'm in North Central Florida (Gainesville/Ocala). Thought Florida needed a group of it's own. We can share our best places for cake stuff and other local favorites!!

Hi everyone, I'm North FL. There is currently NO WHERE to purchase anything here. Kitchen & Spice in Gainesville has SOME stuff. And knowing I get to go by Uppercrust for scones is sooooo worth the 1+ hr trip the Gainesville.

So, how long has all of you ladies been cake decorating? I've been doing cakes for a year professionally but I have always enjoyed baking since the age of 8 years old. I was the one who did all of the baking for family functions and holidays.

I've been decorating for a little over 10 years, but I loved baking long before that! It's cool to see how much my cakes have improved in that time....hopefully I'll only continue to get better!

Hello I am in Daytona Beach...been baking all my life and just finished the baking and pastry course here at the college. I found a place in Kissimmee called Jester's. Their website is very good prices and they ship or you can go pick up your items.
