Hello Ann - take a look at the website for the Cake Show at the NEC in November http://www.ichf.co.uk/cake - there are some competitions here I think....

I might just come and have a look this year and enter next year, I'm coming from the channel isles so I'll have to plan my entry carefully. I have entered Hotel Olympia once but that was when I was a student and I'm not telling you how long ago that was!!!!!!!
What will you be up to there? are you entering any classes?

I will be doing some work for the duration with PME-Knightsbridge and have a demo, I think on the Saturday - so catch me and say Hi!!!
