Hey everyone..... How is it going? Any sugguestions for a Project #2?? Does anyone want to do and chocolate work? Wraps for cakes? I was thinking of shooting for a Mid Sept to do the next project, maybe the week after Labor Day.
Let me know what you guys think. I really enjoyed doing the last project.

CHocolate is good but not for beginners and this heat...omg.....I'm melting...I'm melting......how about cheesecake or brownies...make variations from plain and see what everyone comes up with? Maybe create a new flavor cake or a new sandwich cookie?

The Chocolate is better for cooler weather. I bought a bunch of the chocolate transfer sheets a while back and they are still sitting. It would give me a reason to use them!!! Maybe a November project so we can make chocolates for Christmas!!! I am up for just about anything but after Labor Day would be best... too much going on next couple weeks with the start of school... How about something in a fall theme? Is anyone thinking fall yet? Too hot here to think about it! Cheesecake is good!

There are only 2 seasons here in FL...HOT and warm...lol...seriously I havent wrapped my head around fall yet but that would be a great idea too....maybe september? I do have a taste for some good cheesecake though....yummmmm

Jeri I am so jealous..I have t wait till next summer to take my final class for school...then I will be official baby pastry chef...it is the chocolate class....I know we are gonna be doing transfers and a whole lot more.....I
am taking a sugar class starting next week.....maybe I will be lucky and not burn myself too badly LOL

Hi Everyone~
I had our first opportunity to actually leave our home and enjoy a peaceful place with my husband for the first time since this year. I thought if I'm going to feel not so good at home, why not somewhere else! Since some news about me was encouraging we took off. We just got home on Tuesday evening. Enough of that now.
Gretchen, sure go ahead and use my Pink Celebration cake like you asked. I think that is so nice of you to want to use it. I'm blushing pink! THANK YOU! And of course, I can comment like I did on my blog. But I think you want a MUCH SHORTER version; correct? I will turn on my computer and look for your answer, I promise.
I'm sorry for just now getting back to you and everyone - this is the first time I've turned on the computer!
Hugs,
Sher
