I have not had much time either... did bake red velvet cupcakes for our wrestling team that won the State Championship for their second year in a row last week.... and am baking a birthday cake for my knee surgeon's daughter's birthday this week.  Will hopefully be doing some Easter Cookies for our kids in the next few weeks but I have been doing so well on my diet that I don't want to bake anything for here at home.  I have made pound cake but will eat the whole thing if I do so you all will have to bake one (and eat it) for me!!!!

Hello everyone... HOpe everyone is doing good... Welcome to some new members..... We have to get another project going for May.  I would love to try to do a chocolate wrapped cake.  I have been wanting to try it for awhile now, and maybe since it is not so hot just yet we can try.  I am going to open a discussion on it.  We can all put up ideas, hints or pictures.  I may try to do one this weekend for Mother's day.  Any thoughts, tips or ideas are welcomed.

Okay guys.... It is August, and we have been doing this Club for a YEAR!!! Wow!!! I hope everyone is enjoying it.  Even if you can't always do the project we still get to interact with each other.

 

Okay, I am posting a new project..... There is a post right now about the cake pops, cake balls..etc.... I have a ton of scraps right now from the cakes I am doing this weekend and plan to make them with my daughter... I am sure you guys will have some scraps at some point thought out the month and can do this.   Remember post comments and pictures to the Disscusion Project #8.
