Thanks Faith for posting.... I posted a General Discussion about the project also.  Can't wait to make the cake... I didn't put a time frame.  OOPS!  I guess we can say some time after Valentines Day.  What you guys think?

Okeydoke, not too much bakin' here so I went ahead and was inspired by the Winter Flowers in my front garden to make some Cakeballs and Mini Cupcakes.

Spring and St. Patrick's Day all in one!

Chocolate Mint Brownie Mini Cupcakes with buttercream chocolate chips and Tangy Lemon Cakeballs!  It seems to be a favorite amongst all of our friends and family.  Simple, Quick and fun for me.  I try not to eat them but it is hard!  I have my inspiration on my blog if you want to visit to see my beautiful winter flowers!!!

oops, actually give me a few moments because I haven't updated my blog yet - LOL.  Priorities you know.

Sher I am soooo jealous.  checked out your blog and you have flowers already!!!  Everything here is so brown still.  The tulips are trying to peek through but only a peek.  Cute project!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  I made those surprisingly easy ice cream cupcakes cones.  Picture is on my wall.  Only a one scoop visual ice cream cone.

Hey guys so sorry I have been MIA on this group page.  I think we need to change the picture to Faith's cupcakes...Don't you think?  They are so cute.  Need a new project... Anyone with an idea.... Please feel free to take the lead.... Easter is being said... anything you guys want to do is fine with me.  I have been very busy with my daughter and work that I have had no time to do any caking lately...  Let me know!!

Thanks Gretchen! What kind of flavours does everyone think of when you think about Easter? I'm sure I can find something in my stash! How about a pound cake recipe? Everyone can remix it to suit their palate?
