Tina I am so glad you loved the recipe! I don't know about freezing it... not sure how the cream cheese filling would hold up in the freezer. It is always gone so fast around here that it never gets to the freezer. It is yummy though! Have company coming next weekend so need to make some for them! I will have to try your pumpkin roll recipe too! I made a pumpkin roll a few years ago and it was so good but don't remember where I got the recipe!

Okay everyone Project #3 is up... I hope everyone is going to have fun with these. I can't wait to smell these spices baking in my oven. I just am not going to get ot eat any of them.... Have to go on a No Carb diet doctors orders!!!! I don't know how I am going to be able to do this!!!!!!!!!
