Yippieee!!!! I have left over cream cheese from the wedding cakes this weekend so this is a perfect way to use it all up!!! And an event to attend next weekend that requires me bringing desert! They will all be expecting cake so SURPRISE! They all love cheesecake so this is great! Thanks Karen!!!

After my doc appt for my knee today that I tweeked in Maui... he gave me an injection and said stay off it for several days,....but I don't think cheesecake would make me stand as long as cake. gonna do it anyway!!! Have to make a tater salad too so might as well go for it!!! I'm in charge of desert, lunch stuff and tater salad.... going camping! So we picked up all the lunch meat at Costco today will use whatever left over cream cheese I have from the cheesecake for bagel sandwiches! Will buy fresh bagels on Friday from the bagel shop downtown. And... I get to see the most beautiful grandson in the world this weekend!!!

Cant wait to hear how it went Jeri! I got my ingredients yesterday and since my dad's birthday celebration is this weekend he is getting a cheesecake for his birthday!
