Hello everyone!  We are on the east side of the state, but wanted to let you know we have a cake club that meets once a month in Melbourne for those who might be closer to us.  We have a small bakery and teach classes all over Florida.  We are teaching isomalt and fondant up in Ocala 8/27 & 28 and hosting Tami Utley from CA in Melbourne for amazing classes in Nov.  For more info on joining us please check out our website at www.simicakes.com, or email us at info@simicakes.com.
