I did some cupcakes today for a coworker's birthday - strawberry with raspberry cream frosting (I do this as a cake and filling all the time and people LOVE it) and I did a chocolate cupcake with cookies and cream frosting...my coworkers were gushing about both of them :).
Thanks for the welcome Faith. I live in queensland Australia, yes house has a bit of water on the floors, from the floods. Yesterday I made a basketball cake for my sons 30th birthday, as my husband carried it over he slipped in the water and it landed on the floor & lap of my son. We all had a huge laugh. My next sons birthday is on monday, think I will make cupcakes or a pie, for my husband to carry, Go, make it an awsome day
