There are a lot of Graduations going on during the month of June, at least where I am, so I thought I would share a cake I recently finished for a client of mine. I made the grad cap out of RKT (rice krispie treats) and rolled out a thin sheet of fondant for the top of the cap and let it dry for 2 days. Then I did the books, which were bigger than I thought they would turn out. This cake was massive! It will feed way over 100 people. Cake stands almost 2 feet. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
