Introductions

Hello,

My name is Vince and I just recently found this group here on cakes we bake and I just wanted to say hello. I grew up watching my mom decorate cakes when I was young and was always facinated by it. I am originally from California and have been in the restaurant industry as an owner of a deli and bakery concept. I now own Arizona Food Safety Professionals here in the valley of the sun. We are a restaurant consultation company that focuses on Certified Food Manager Training and Certification and 3rd party health inspections along with some other functions. I also am an adjunct instructor in the Culinary Arts Department at Estrella Mountain Community College in Avondale. I also, would like to see if we can start a club or organize monthly meetings so that we can share ideas and techniques as others have suggested.
