Alabama Cake Decorators

I am a next door neighbor, from Mississippi. We are trying to start a cake club here in Pass Christian. My associate and I have been to many DOS's for ICES in LA and TX, and are interested in seeing about attending some functions in both AL and FL. Hi Patricia, I'm in North Alabama. I know Birmingham hosts a DOS but I don't have any info of times or places. Would like to go to some myself. I think it would be a great way to share new technics and learn some amazing stuff.

Is anyone located near Jemison, Alabama? Someone contacted me about a cake for Sept. 4th for 27 people. She wants a pink patron bottle cake. I have no idea what that means. Let me know if you're interested.
