I agree with Karen for the cake flavors.
The icing buttercream is great but perhaps a cream cheese icing might be better because it is Curves. You don't have to use a lot of sugar in the cream cheese (I usually add less sugar until my consistency is where I want it and the taste is not so sweet.) I've never tried low fat cream cheese only regular with all that great taste.
Filling small amount of cream cheese icing with a layer of strawberries, kiwi and blueberries (all fresh fruits I assume).
Good luck! I guess the Curves wants to make sure everyone still keeps their contracts to come in and exercise for another year, LOL. Sorry, I find it pretty funny and a really good business strategy.
Thank you ladies for the suggestions. That is what I love about this site, everyone is soo willing to help. I will see what the customer chooses. They only want the fresh fruit on top no in the fillind. Stampinsher, I know right, seems odd to do a cake for curves. lol
