Has anyone got this program and would you give a review? The basic package is very affordable  and add-ons are too. I think this is gonna be my Christmas present to myself :D

I am pretty sure Jeri C. has this. There was an older post a few months ago, but I couldn't find it.
I would LOVE to get this program, as well! It helps to be able to get a good "visual" when coming up with various cake creations. My sketches aren't always the best! Hope the program isn't too difficult to work with!
I do have this program and use it all the time. The basic program is ok but the new add ons they have are fun. I need to upgrade and have not done it yet. I have to get it moved over to my new computer so I can use it on here. It is not a hard program to use at all and what I like the best is you can save your image as a jpeg and it is easy to email them to your customers. Most everyone can open a jpeg. Another feature that I like is you can save a blank cake and take it with you when meeting with a bride to do your sketches on. It is a good program... kind of limited in your color choices but I think the add ons help with that. And it is a bit difficult to get exactly what you want but comes pretty close.
Yes I did look at this program once or twice. It is so on my wish list, along with an airbrush machine, the molds and supplies to make sugar jewels, and pastry school.
Gretchen I went to our local college that had a culinary program..got financial aid for it...is that an avenue for you?
Thanks Jeri for that review...I think that is a definite on my Xmas list!......airbrush...oh boy....

As soon as I get the upgrades (when I have time) I will let you all know if I like them or not... There are a couple I probably will not invest in but there are some that I def. need!
Eventually.... Right now I am a single parent and paying titution for my daughter to go to school. I hope when I can get some money saved up I can get some classes in. I am still paying student loans from when I went to school a million years ago and didn't finish.

Gretchen as long as you are current with your loans you can get student aid...if you are a single parent there is a very good chance you can get grants that dont have to be paid back....it doesnt hurt to fill out the form and see what you can get...all you have to do is enroll in a school....I went to my local college...got it all paid for....
