hi, i need to know how long should i l
leve swiss mirengue buttercreem outside
and for how long i keep it in the fridge
a custemore is having her party at the park
and its going to be 2-3 houres b4 serving
gests.

I make Italian Meringue buttercream only, but I know that Swiss Meringue is more sensitive to heat than Italian. Keep that cake cold as long as you can! How hot is it outside?
not very hot. but i'm sure it's sunny. i want to know if it safe to eat the cakes , don't want custemures get sick. bad 4 buissens
i don't think it will go "bad". it may melt, though.
