store cake.
I am making 10 9 inch cakes for the 22 of this month...I was wondering if I make the cakes only in advance do they need to go ing the freezer or fridge? Or can I just plastic wrap them. The prob is I have no freezer room...Thanks for the advice...Patty

I wouldn't make them that far in advance if you're not going to freeze them. Maybe a neighbor can help you out with freezer room.
