Red Velvet Cake
I have a question for you experienced bakers. My friend is coming to pick up the RDV cake thursday for friday. The cream I'm using is a butter cream not a cream cheese. Should I and can I have them leave it out thursday night? I don't know what to do:( Will the butter cream go bad? It's cooked with milk, so does any one know? thank-you

If it is just Buttercream it should be fine... just have them leave it in a cool room.

I tell people as long as the room isn't sweltering, you are fine with BC.
