Pricing for Sugar Flowers

Depending on the size of each rose my bakery charges anywhere between $2.50 for a small rose, up to $5 for a large rose. :)

How about other flowers?  I've done orchids, and daisies, and morning glories in gum paste and royal icing.  How would you charge for these and other more exotic flowers?

The other day, I did a 1/4 sheet cake, cut into a number 1 shape, frosted with buttercream, and covered with buttercream daisies, buds, small roses and little blossoms, vines and leaves.  It was one-layer (3") marble cake (scratch recipe) and the owner of my bakery charged $35.99. I have no idea how good that price is.
