I was planning this for a French Theme wedding.... but you can make it simplier for your 13 year ole niece.... make a rectangular cake cover in fondant and use it as a base for a Eiffel Tower (you can buy this) , then decorate the bottom with simple French pastries.... mini eclairs, mini choux , macaroons (if you will).... dont forget the flowers tho....
