Packaging Cake Balls?
Not sure if in the right forum, but I want to make these as gifts for the upcoming holidays..how's a good way to package them..? If I make them and freeze them (with chocolate on them) should they defrost before I package them? Wondering if they sweat in the wrapping?

yes defrost them before pacakging because they will sweat with the chocolate around them. You can make single layers and put parchment then bubble wrap between layers and make sure you use icing that doesnt have to be refrigerated.

They are adorable in the little mini cupcake wrappers and you can use the boxes that are made for chocolates!
