Well it will depend on WHAT you are ordering and in what quantities.
I use several depending on what I need. A&H Cake Design http://www.ahcakedesign.com/ I have not ordered from but they sponsor the contests here on CWB. I have not had time to actually compare their prices etc but I am sure they are right there with others.
I use Global Sugar Arts for probably 80% of my supplies. I find a good selection, and competetive prices. There is not much they do not stock. Country Kitchen Sweetarts is right there too. I have also used Kitchen Krafts, the Ultimate Baker and a few others. If I am ordering a 20 lb bucket of fondant I try to get it on the West Coast because the shipping kills me from the East Coast but I just compared last week before I ordered a bucket and it was only $3 more from GSA this time and I needed other things so I just placed my order with them. If you are on the East Coast I am sure you will be able to save buko bucks on shipping It kills me.
I've used these folks... http://www.fondantsource.com/fogush.html along with some of the ones mentioned by the others.
I have ordered from A&H Cake Design and their prices are lower than most and they ship the cheapest way possible. They will also spend an hour on the phone with you explaining how to use a tool or render a technique. Their customer service is unbeatable.
