Hi all. Don't know if I posted on here when I first joined but hello all.

I am taking the Wilton Buttercream I in a couple of days, so I am pretty excited even if it will mostly be a refresher for me. I used to do cakes with my mother, who made quite a bit of money on the side until her back got so bad she couldn't be consistent with working.

Anyway, just saying hi.

Hi back, everyone. Just going through my kit to make sure I am all set for class tomorrow. My cupcakes turned out awesome, light and fluffy and moist. I picked through the 24 I made to get the flattest ones.

I will let you all know how my first class went. The teacher seemed super nice on the phone.
