Hi, I am trying to find Sherry Quall's tutorial and slideshow on how to make marshmallow fondant.  Can anyone help me with this?

Thank goodness I have it saved on my computer!  It is my most favorite recipe when it comes to fondant.  I'm never disappointed in it and it always tastes GREAT!!!!

1 16oz package mini marshmallows

2 lb package powdered sugar

½ cup cocoa powder (if making chocolate fondant)

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon light corn syrup or glucose (not pictured)

1-2 teaspoons flavorings 

Shortening

1 large microwave safe bowl

1 large spoon

Measuring cups and spoons

Paper Towels

gel paste colors (if making colored fondant)

1 gallon zip lock bag (not pictured)

 

** Note:  Carefully check the weight on your marshmallow package…it seems makers are phasing out the 16oz bag and going to 10.5oz bags…the smaller bag will throw off this recipe
