Hi guys,
I have this cake to deliver tomorrow and need some help. What's the best way to join the 2 colours without the seam being obvious?
What's the best way to cut the letters?...should I freeze the fondant so that it's nice and firm for cutting? or just go straight for it?
The cake will be 20x10.

I'd try to seam the lines by rubbing shortening on the fondant after everything is in place.
