It's so hot!!
Any ideas on how to do wedding cakes in the crazy summer heat?
I am having trouble with fondant getting bubbles on sides after a cake is finished and sits in my "cool basement"
Thanks in advance for any ideas, I have 3 weddings and it is not going to cool off any time soon!
